it's November 16th!
I just watched the Harry Potter trailer - the launch date is November 16th !! That's a day after my parents' anniversary!

I wonder when the movie will be launched in Israel............

Although I promised myself I won't read/watch/listen anymore to any news about this movie (so it won't ruin the surprise). I give you - The Second Trailer of the Harry Potter Movie!!.

I wasn't able to watch it yet. Slow connection.

The movie, BTW, it due in November. My birthday is in November 2nd. It would be so wonderful to be able to watch it on my 23rd birthday!! but I suspect that when they say November - they mean the end of November. That's the meaning of "November" (or any month) in the IT world, anyway ;-)

I can't believe it....
I was just about to write "Thank god it's the weekend" for three (maybe 4?) weeks in a row... I had an exhausting week, no different than any other week before this one. My little sister has started her summer vacation, and I envy her so much.... I'm taking a day off tommorow, because I'm going south (to Be'er Sheva) at noon, and i don't want to do that straight after work. At least I'll get to wake up a little later.

maura.nu has a great new design (new to me, anyway). It's so clean and perfect. Same goes for brookelyn.com and EastCoastGirl and tarnish.net.

I want to go to this advanced Java course. Doesn't it sound great? I'll try to convince my department manager to send me to it.

Sometimes we see a cool font use in an ad or website and are dying to know its name and where we can download it. Identifont helps you to identify fonts and typefaces by answering a multiple-choice quiz. It also offers some free fonts.
I tried the test on the font Verdana, and it hit right to the spot...

another sports event at work...
We're having a sports day tommorow. Expect a photo of me in an outrageously orange t-shirt (that's the color of my branch). We won last year - will we win this time??? (I hope so. winning == a day off).

Fun Fun Fun
I'm tired. I'm so damn tired. I went to to work at 6:30 today (I usually start at 8:30). I was in and out of meetings and built gantts with MS Project all day. I hate MS Project. The Gantt is your enemy. Believe me.

My mind is only capable of plain fun & entertainment. Here we go.

A car alarm is ringing in my street.... what irritating noise. I looked through the window and everything seems fine.... My cellular phone is demanding my attention too. The battery is finished, and it beeps and beeps and beeps. I have two cellular phones now - a Nokia one that I bought 2 years ago (it's purple), and a Motorola one I recently got from work (it's silver). I'm practically a telecommunications empire :)

Did You Bring Bottles? features the history and architecture of american supermarkets. It's very well-designed too.

I like the word "Frugal", probably because it sounds like "Fraggles", which was a TV show I absolutely loved :) CraftyGirl helps us to be frugal by teaching us to be crafty :)

Android World is a website about, well, androids. It seems very interesting, despite the primitive web design.

I really hate what Geri Halliwell has done to herself. She used to be so hot and juicy, and now she's a skinny blonde (she looked a lot better as a redhead). Her bones are showing up! It's disgusting. When I watch her "Raining Men" video that's all I can think about - that she needs to dye her hair back and to put on some weight!
